NOTE - The rate quoted is for 12 persons using six bedroom at $4,000 per night. Add $1,000 per night for the additional two bedrooms all year other than Christmas. Eight Bedrooms $5,000 per night.

The Space:
Automatic sliding gates open to reveal a fabulous resort-style property with beautiful, lush gardens and a roundabout driveway. The entrance porch leads to a bright and spacious foyer with centered table tennis and open-living areas, comfortably furnished to a high standard, seated below vaulted ceilings. There are two spacious open-plan lounge areas with unobstructed views of the pool and beach. There is also a separate living room providing cable and internet access. Enjoy the charming garden and sea views with refreshing breezes. A washer/dryer and guest toilet are also available. The state-of-the-art, fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar is remarkably spacious with a large center island, plentiful workspace, and stainless steel appliances ideal for cooking gourmet meals and catering for glamorous parties and events.

Six elegant, commodious bedrooms are all connected to the common living areas, each with high ceilings, a king-sized bed, a sitting area, sea or garden views with outside access, a walk-in closet, and bedside tables and lamps. They are also equipped with a luxurious ensuite bathroom fitted with a large walk-in rain shower and premium, imported fixtures and fittings from Italy. The additional two-bedroom cottage is by the main entrance on the harbor waterfront and has king beds in each room with a shared bathroom and can accommodate up to four guests.

The beautiful exterior boasts of vast, covered terraces surrounded by tropical, charming gardens, a private swimming pool and luxury jacuzzi, outdoor covered dining on the private sandy expanse, smart loungers, a barbecue, an outdoor bar, and of course the calm waters lapping on the sandy beach.

Wi-Fi, cable TV, air conditioning, and ceiling fans are available throughout the property. Linen and towels are also provided with accommodation.
