If you are relocating to Antigua for whatever reason, we can help. We have a wide range of long term villa rentals available. All our long terms are rented for six months minimum, some require twelve months minimum. The rate you see listed for the monthly rent does not include utilities, community fees (if applicable) Internet, cable TV, gas etc. Long term agreements generally require a three months advanced deposit, this consists of the first months rent, the last months rent and one month security deposit.
